Cancellation Policy & Late Booking Fee
If you cancel with 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will receive a full refund or not be charged at all. If you give less than 24 hour's notice for your cancellation, you will be charged the full amount for your appointment. If you schedule less than 24 hours in advance, a $5 late booking fee will apply (holiday late booking fee: $20).
Payment is due at the time of service. Please place your payment along with your individualized instructions of care for your pet. We accept credit cards and cash for all clients, as well as checks for established clients.

Holiday fee: Additional $7 per visit
